In the act of awakening, there is, simultaneously, anxiety during the act of dissipation or letting go. The mind holds on to the mental or conditional things harming and dividing relationships. Though in holding on, we create hesitance, and fear which halts the alleviation of that anxiety.
- Initially, be aware, we are the 'process of anxiety', its creation.
- The process is important because the way into anxiety is the way out of it; example: how low self-esteem is acquired is essential and connected with achieving high self-esteem.
- Consider, anxiety isn't limited to work, weddings, airplanes, at war, at the dentist, etc., but rather a social conditioning. Note that anxiety isn't of our choosing.
- Consider and awaken to the awareness that anxiety is created, via process and human interaction. Awaken to the observance, just as fear, anxiety is who you and we are mentally and socially.
For self-help; note the circumstance currently causing the anxiety, assess how you feel: is anxiety coming from within you or from an external influence? No matter as we are both the reaction and carriers of anxiety. Thereby, we are the cause and the effect of it.
